North Carolina Mountain Hunting Trips
Our mountain hunting guides offer seasonal hunts in northwestern North Carolina. We offer a variety of sporting methods including black powder muzzleloader, rifle, and bow. You can choose to hunt out of tree stands or in ground blinds. All skill levels are welcome, but we ask that you let us know the skill level and age of each hunting party member when you place your reservation.
We want to make sure that your visit and guided hunt is comfortable and successful. We cannot make any guarantee that you will bag that big buck, but we’ll do everything in our power to help you obtain a trophy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make handicapped accomodations at this time. We are working to make our hunts more accessible so that everyone will have the ability to enjoy the hunt.

After lunch, we’ll go back into the woods and continue hunting until shortely after sunset. We provide transportation back and forth from the hunting area to the lodge by ATV or 4×4 truck.
When you bag game, we will help you field dress your kill and prepare it for you to take home. This service is included in the price of the hunt. Keep in mind that it will be your responsiblity to pack it and get it home. For those that bag a big one, we know multiple taxidermists in the area.

All hunting packages include lodging. Our hunter’s cabin invites you to stay in its warm cozy atmosphere. The cabin has a full kitchen, den, full bath, one bedroom, and an upstairs loft. Linens and towels are provided.
If you have spare time or you meet your bag limits quickly, the local Ashe County area offers a variety of dining, golf, and outdoor activities.
